If an event or ticket is cancelled, you will automatically be refunded.
For any other reasons, please get in touch with the organizer to request a refund.
Please
keep in mind that the refund may take up to 10 working days to show up in your bank
account.
If you purchased your ticket in cash (Lebanon only), please show up at our offices
5 working days after the event or cancellation date to be refunded.
Tick’it partnered with Bob Finance to allow clubbers in Lebanon to
purchase their tickets in cash at any branch (over 600) across the country.
Reserve your
ticket on the app or website, show up at any Bob Finance Agent within 24 hours to complete your
payment and receive your e-ticket by email.
Please be aware that it could take up to 1h
after your payment at BOB Finance for your ticket to appear in your mailbox. However, the 24h timer
would stop at the moment you make the payment, so make sure to pay in advance.

You can resell your ticket via the Tick’it mobile app. Once you confirm
that you want to resell your ticket, your ticket will be added to the resale pool list in order and
will remain pending till the ticket type sells out. Once it does, tickets from the resale pool will
start being sold. So, make sure you remain patient and wait for your turn on the resale
list.
Once your ticket is sold, you will be refunded the full amount of your ticket
excluding Tick’it’s booking fee that we charge for the resale service.
Please keep in mind
that the refund may take up to 10 working days to show up in your bank account.
To avoid
ticket cancellation at the event, we highly advise you not to use external resale services.
You can purchase as many tickets as the organizer allows you to. Just make sure to fill up each holders’ details so that each one of them receive their ticket.

On your Tick’it Admin Dashboard or Tick’it Manager App, from the Orders
section of your event, you will be able to access and refund single or multiple orders.
When
cancelling a ticket type or an event, all concerned attendees will be automatically refunded.
Payouts vary depending on the location of your events. However, for
most countries, after filling up your payment details in the Finance section of your Admin Dashboard
and getting your account approved, you will be able to start listing tickets for sale. Funds will be
paid out daily and will start appearing in your account within 3-5 working days after your first
sale.

Organizers based Egypt, KSA,
Lebanon and Qatar will get paid on a weekly basis or after the event. For any additional
